Dishwasher safe. Care and use:
*Use on a low heat, the triple bottom of the pan distributes heat evenly so a high heat is unnecessary, while the ceramic coating prevents food from adhering to the pan.
*When the pan is used on a gas stove, the flame must not rise above the base of the pan. For electric, the hob must have an equal or smaller diameter than the pan.
*Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to stir food.
*Whenever possible, rinse the pan with hot water after washing and dry immediately so as to maintain its original shine.
