This versatile, high quality stainless steel frying pan from Tramontina features a non-stick ceramic coating which offers an extra tough interior, making it more durable and resistant to abrasion as well as offering superior non-stick qualities and making it easier to clean. The triple layer base, which comprises a sandwich of stainless steel-aluminium-stainless steel, ensures even heat distribution and more efficient cooking and is suitable for all hob types including induction. Many other features prevail such as the comfortable stainless steel handle which features a handy hanging hole, and the fry pan can also be used in the oven up to 260°C which is great for finishing off gratin dishes or keeping food warm. It is also dishwasher safe.

Care & Usage
Dishwasher safe. Care and use:
*Use on a low heat, the triple bottom of the pan distributes heat evenly so a high heat is unnecessary, while the ceramic coating prevents food from adhering to the pan.
*When the pan is used on a gas stove, the flame must not rise above the base of the pan. For electric, the hob must have an equal or smaller diameter than the pan.
*Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to stir food.
*Whenever possible, rinse the pan with hot water after washing and dry immediately so as to maintain its original shine.
