Designed and manufactured to withstand the rigours of a professional kitchen and easily adapt to home and non-commercial use. Ideal for frying, scrambling, sautéing and searing your favourite recipes. Made from aluminium with an exterior satin finish, a stainless steel induction plate on the bottom, and interior 3-layer non-stick coating that contains no PFOA, offering better non-stick properties, greater scratch resistance, increased durability and easier cleaning. The ergonomically designed soft touch, silicone handle stays cool, offering comfort and safety. It is compatible with induction, gas, electric and ceramic glass hobs. Not suitable for oven use due to the silicone handle.
