Black Friday 2026 campaign terms
These terms apply together with the Tramontina UK website terms, Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Campaign period
1–30 November 2026. Subscriber early access: 1–15 November. Public sale: 16–30 November.

Only products expressly identified as part of the Black Friday 2026 promotion are included.

1. Promoter and sales channel.
The promotion is operated by Tramontina United Kingdom Limited through the official Tramontina Store UK online store at tramontina.co.uk. It applies to eligible orders placed on that website. Offers on marketplaces or other sales channels are separate unless expressly stated.
2. Promotional periods.
The campaign runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026. Subscriber early access runs from 1 November 2026 to 15 November 2026. The public sale runs from 16 November 2026 to 30 November 2026. An offer is available only while its relevant promotional period is active, and Black Friday prices end when the campaign closes.
3. Early-access eligibility.
During early access, selected offers are available to customers who are signed in to a Tramontina UK customer account and have an active marketing-email subscription linked to the same email address. Signing up does not guarantee access to every offer or reserve stock. The public sale will be available without subscriber early-access eligibility, subject to the product and order conditions below.
4. Eligible products and prices.
Only products expressly identified as part of the Black Friday 2026 promotion on tramontina.co.uk during the relevant promotional period are included. Eligible products will display a Black Friday price and, where supported by the product’s pricing and sales history, a crossed-out regular price. The regular price is the product’s established usual selling price on tramontina.co.uk; it may differ from a temporary promotional price offered shortly before Black Friday. Where a product was on promotion in the period leading up to Black Friday, its Black Friday price will be lower than that preceding promotional price. The price payable is the Black Friday price shown on the product page and at checkout, as confirmed in the order confirmation. Product selection, prices and availability may change during the campaign; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Applying for the offer.
The Black Friday discount is applied automatically to eligible products and orders. A Black Friday discount code is not required unless a separate code-based offer is expressly advertised with its own terms. Customers should review their order total before placing an order and contact customer support if an expected saving does not appear.
6. Other discounts.
Black Friday offers cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or discount codes unless expressly stated. If an order qualifies for more than one non-combinable discount, the discount that gives the greatest eligible saving on the order will be applied at checkout.
7. Availability and orders.
All offers are subject to availability. Adding a product to a basket or signing up for updates does not reserve it. If, before an order is confirmed, a product or price cannot be honoured because of a genuine error or availability issue, Tramontina UK will contact the customer and explain the available options, including a full refund of any amount paid, in accordance with its website terms and applicable law.
8. Delivery and returns.
Delivery options, any charges and estimated times are presented under the Delivery Policy and at checkout. The standard Refund Policy applies to Black Friday purchases. Nothing in these terms affects customers’ statutory rights.
9. Marketing and personal data.
Subscribing to marketing emails is voluntary and requires the customer to tick a separate, unticked consent box. It is required to qualify for subscriber early access, but customers can shop the public sale without subscribing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in our emails; a customer who unsubscribes during early access will no longer have early-access eligibility but can still shop the public sale. The use of personal data is explained in the Tramontina UK Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact.
Tramontina UK will only change these terms in exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any change will be published on the campaign page before it takes effect and will not affect orders already confirmed. Questions about eligibility or an order can be raised through Tramontina UK’s Contact Us page. These terms apply together with the final campaign information published on the website.

What will I receive when I sign up?
You’ll receive Tramontina UK marketing emails, including Black Friday news and information about when early access opens. Signing up does not reserve products or guarantee access to every offer.
Do I need an account for early access?
Early access is available to eligible customers who are signed in to a Tramontina UK account and subscribed to marketing emails. Use the same email address for your account and subscription. Once the public sale opens on 16 November 2026, you will not need early-access eligibility to shop the public offers.
I already have a Tramontina UK account. Do I need to sign up again?
You do not need a second account. To be eligible for subscriber early access, check that you have opted in to Tramontina UK marketing emails and sign in with the same email address. If you cannot access an offer you expect to see, please contact us before placing an order.
Can I unsubscribe?
Yes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send you. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer qualify for subscriber early access from that point, but you can still shop the public sale from 16 November 2026.
When do Black Friday offers start?
Our Black Friday 2026 campaign runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026. Early access for eligible customers runs from 1 to 15 November. The public sale opens on 16 November 2026. Black Friday is on 27 November and Cyber Monday is on 30 November. Offers are available only during their stated period and while eligible products remain available.
How does early access work?
During the early-access period, eligible customers can sign in with the email address linked to their Tramontina UK marketing subscription to shop selected Black Friday offers ahead of the public sale. Access and availability are subject to the campaign terms.
Which products are included?
Black Friday offers apply only to selected products identified on the Tramontina UK Black Friday page during the relevant promotional period. The selection of products and their prices may change during the campaign, but the price shown in your order confirmation is the price you pay. Check the product page and your order total before placing an order.
Do I need a discount code?
No code is needed for the selected Black Friday offers managed by this campaign. When an offer is active and your order is eligible, the Black Friday saving is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I combine a Black Friday offer with another discount?
Black Friday offers cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or discount codes unless we expressly say otherwise. If your order qualifies for more than one non-combinable discount, the one giving the greatest eligible saving on your order will be applied at checkout.
Why is a Black Friday saving not appearing for me?

Does signing up guarantee a product or a particular price?
No. Signing up keeps you informed about the event, but it does not reserve stock or guarantee access to every offer. The applicable price and availability are shown when you shop.
