The pans are dishwasher safe. Always use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils, as metal tools will damage the coating.
Be sure to wash and dry your pan well before first use, then add a little oil and heat it for one or two minutes before washing and drying it once more.
Let the pan cool down gradually before washing. Placing a hot pan in cold water can cause thermal shock, and damage the coating.
We recommend cooking on a low-to-medium heat, as high heat can damage the non-stick coating.
A soft sponge and mild soap are recommended when hand washing.
For longer-lasting products, dry well before storing, including after removal from the dishwasher.
