Hand washing is recommended with a soft sponge and mild soap.
Always use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils, as metal tools will damage the coating.
Be sure to wash and dry your pan well before first use, then add a little oil and heat it for one or two minutes before washing and drying it once more.
Let the pan cool down gradually before washing. Placing a hot pan in cold water can cause thermal shock, and damage the coating.
We recommend cooking on a low-to-medium heat, as high heat can damage the non-stick coating.
For longer-lasting products make sure you dry them well before storing.
