Easy One-Pan Mac and Cheese in the Grano Wok

Ingredients
- 500 g dried elbow macaroni or penne
- 500 ml double cream
- 200 g cheddar, grated, plus extra for the topping
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Smoked paprika, to taste
Method
1. Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water until al dente. Drain well.
2. Return the Grano wok to a low heat. Add the double cream, butter and most of the cheddar, reserving a little cheese for the topping.
3. Season with black pepper, smoked paprika and salt as needed. Stir gently until the cheese has melted into a smooth sauce.
4. Add the drained pasta and fold it through the sauce until evenly coated.
5. Scatter the reserved cheese over the top. Place the oven-safe wok under the grill until the cheese has melted and the surface is golden.
6. Serve while hot.
